Il Centre Medicale Advancè (CMA) of Nanorò and of Burkina Faso

Burkina Faso is a former French colony of western Africa situated south of Mali (the heart of the old Sudan Empire). It’s more or less as big as Italy with 20 million inhabitants. It’s the third poorest country in the world exposed to the advancement of the Sahara sands. It became independent in the sixties and was called the republic of Upper Volta and remained under the French influence from a point of view of culture and economy. The most important fact regards the incentive to convert it’s original source of agriculture, which consisted in the cultivation of cereals to the intensive production of cotton which in turn led to the submission of a subsistent economy to international dynamic speculations and in particular to the impoverishment of lands and a rapid process of desertification.
Meekness and honesty are the traditional prerogatives of the inhabitants of Burkina Faso...

SCHOOL OF PROCTOLOGY

The SICCR has approved the constitution of a school of proctology to meet the many needs of the younger members who would like to receive a specialist training in this field of medicine.
The school, in fact aims at offering a specific training in proctology. The didactic objectives of this course of study will be attained by means of direct participation of member-participants and the carrying out of operations from life. Participants will learn how to use diagnostic techniques and to evaluate correctly patients with disorders in proctology, on the principles of evidence based medicine.

ACOI: training course

The clinical government as a political means of the healthcare system that can make use of the instruments and methodologies available and develop clinical efficiency and appropriateness.
In particular to build relationships between doctors and management so that they can offer the people responsible for assistance, the opportunity to contribute to the correct management of this healthcare system.
